Sports Academy Suite
Registration, subscriptions, attendance, fair rotation, automated parent reports and a morning brief. We run Playmaker Academy on it every day.
Proven daily at Playmaker Academy — the founder’s own football academy in Amman.
In short: The Sports Academy Suite runs registration, subscriptions, attendance, fair rotation and automated parent reports — proven every day at Playmaker Academy.
How most academies run today
Registration on paper and WhatsApp — and at the start of the season, one person drowns.
Subscriptions expire and nobody notices until a month later.
Parents ask “When is training?” and “Is my son improving?” — and get silence or a late voice note.
Coaches photograph the same kids, praise the same kids, and the rest feel invisible.
The owner decides by feel because the numbers live in three notebooks.

Morning brief
An AI operations agent reads live academy data and proposes the day’s priorities. AI suggests — you approve.
Monday morning at the academy
07:40 — The owner opens the command centre: three subscriptions expire this week, two players missed two sessions, one birthday today. Suggested actions are ready — tap to approve.
16:30 — The coach finishes training on his phone: attendance, hero of the session, who to photograph, who needs attention. Four Arabic texts are generated; he copies the parent report and sends it.
16:35 — A parent receives a short, specific report about their child. No phone call needed.
Thursday — The weekly numbers arrive by themselves.

Questions academies ask
How long does setup take?
4–8 weeks: your player data and groups first, then coaches’ training, then the parent communication goes live.
Do coaches need to be technical?
No. The coach’s screen is a phone wizard with six steps. Playmaker’s coaches use it after one session of training.
Where is our data?
In your own database (Supabase). Children’s data never leaves it un-anonymised, and never reaches an AI model with names attached.
What does it cost?
A package price for the setup plus a monthly plan for hosting, monitoring and improvements — quoted after a 30-minute walkthrough of your academy.
Does it work for padel, swimming or fitness?
Yes — the modules are the same; the vocabulary changes.
See it run on a real academy.
A 30-minute walkthrough of Playmaker Academy OS — then we decide together whether the Suite fits your academy.
